How do i upload my avatar onto Bloomsdale? It won't let me paste a URL in the field where it says "Avatar not specifiec" and there is no browze button to upload a picture.

Rather than have people upload their own avatars, we'll eventually have a gallery of avatars for Bloomsdale characters that you can choose from. Once we've got that set up, we'll make sure to post an announcement to notify everybody though.

We like having game specific avatars for characters. It's nice for the look of the game, for one thing, since this way all the avatars are done in the same style. It also means that we can do stuff like changing the avs for special occasions, like if there's an important fancy dress party or people are dressing in costumes. And, since once you pick an av for character it's yours exclusively, you don't have to worry that someone will start using an av that features the same person you have representing your character.

oh! i get it now. They're custom made (kinda) for each person! That's cool!
